Sandra Lorraine Zajac

Sandra Lorraine Zajac 82 of Cokeburg passed away on Wednesday October 2, 2024 at Canonsburg Hospital. Born in Melrose, MA, she was a daughter of Joseph and Lorraine Boyce O’Brien.

Sandra was retired from the PA State Dept. of Revenue. She was a member of St. Katharine Drexel Bentleyville Campus, the Independent Club and the Polish Club, both in Bentleyville. 

Left to cherish her memory are a son Christopher (Adelena) Waters of Cokeburg, a daughter Cynthia (Howard) McLain of Portsmouth, VA,, 6 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, 4 sisters; Diane English of Carolina Beach, NC, Kristen Parker of Greenville, SC, Debra Loftis of Noti, OR and Sonja Alonso of Portland, OR, and several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. She was proceded in death by her husband John Zajac in 2017.

There will be no public visitation. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday November 16, 2024 2:00 pm at the Independent Club Bentleyville.
