Margaret Magruda

Margaret Magruda 86 of Fallowfield Twp. died Friday February 9, 2018 at Monongahela Valley Hospital. Born in Gastonville on March 4, 1931 a daughter of Eugene and Mabel Warren McDonald. Margaret was a member of  Mary, Mother of the Church Charleroi. She loved playing bingo in the Mon Valley area.

Margaret is survived by a daughter Debra Yasek of Fallowfield Twp., 2 sons Patsy and Gerald Magruda both of Fallowfield Twp., 3 grandchildren, Laura (Doug) Luckock, Will Prati and Richard Mose, 4 great grandchildren, Ashley Prati, Conner Luckock, Marlee Luckock and Madeline(Maddie) Mose, a brother Bobby McDonald of the state of California, and 3 sisters, Elsie Trail of Finleyville, Patricia Gamble of Monongahela and Jackie Ralston of Donora. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband Pasty Magruda in 2007, a son John Magruda in 2010, 2 bothers and 5 sisters.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday February 14, 2018 from 2-4pm and 6-8pm in the Leonard M. Pavlic Funeral Homes, Inc. 235 Fallowfield Ave., Charleroi. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday at 10:00am at Mary, Mother of the Church, Charleroi with Rev. Gerald Mikonis as celebrant. Interment will follow at Monongahela Cemetery.
