David L. Duvall

David L. Duvall, 85, of Bentleyville passed away Wednesday February 21, 2024 at AHN Jefferson Hospital. Born in Marianna on January 19, 1939, a son of John and Margaret Peluchette Duvall. 

            He married Delores Pigford Duvall on August 8, 1959. David was a member of Edward’s Chapel United Methodist Church. He enjoyed camping with his wife at Mountain Pines in Champion, Pa, hunting & fishing in Elk County, watching western movies, visiting Amish Country, and watching the grandkids play in the marching band and on their sports teams. 

            David was also a past Master of the Free Masons and member of the Beallsville Lodge No. 237 and current Sunset Lodge No. 237.

            Left to cherish his memory are his three children; David A. (Janet) Duvall of Somerset, Daryl (Carol) Duvall of Mt. Vernon, Ohio, Debby (Mike) DeHosse of Bentleyville, five grandchildren; Ben Duvall, Katie (Josh) Gordon, Emily DeHosse, Steven (Bailey) Duvall, and Rachel Duvall, two sisters; Loretta Seibold, Margaret (Tom) Brown, one brother; Bobby (Sharon) Duvall; as well as many nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his loving wife Delores  who passed on April 12, 2023.

            Visitation will be held from 2-4pm & 6-8pm on Sunday February 25, 2024 at the Leonard M. Pavlic Funeral Homes, Inc. 405 Main St. Bentleyville, Pa 15314. A funeral service will take place on Monday February 26, 2024 at 11am in the funeral home. Interment will follow at Monongahela Cemetery.
